GO & GLOW BINDER
Binder Dosage Instructions
I recommend taking 1 scoop either first thing in the morning or last thing at night. If you want to accelerate results, you may choose to do both.
Listen to your body and monitor how your digestion responds, including bowel movements. Everyone is different, depending on their gut health and digestion. Start with a low dose and gradually increase as needed. Some people prefer taking it in the morning, others at night, find what works best for you. Some may tolerate one scoop, while others may take two. Start with 1 scoop and if tolerated well then up the dose to 2 scoops. The more things move, the more effective the cleanse will be. Again I would advise 3 month minimum with the Go And Glow Binder, but the choice is entirely yours.
This binder helps draw out excess waste and toxins from the gut. It works effectively and also supports gut repair.

SHUNGITE INFUSED PARASITE CLEANSE
Shungite Infused Parasite Cleanse – Dosage & Instructions
Squeeze the pipette once, then hold the liquid under your tongue before swallowing, if well tolerated. If you are unable to do this, squeeze the pipette into a small glass of water, adding lemon or lime if desired and then drink.
Use daily. The bottle should last approximately 30 days, depending on the amount used per pipette squeeze. If you run out, simply take a few days off before starting your next bottle the following month.
As mentioned in my emails, I recommend a minimum of three months on the parasite cleanse. However, the choice is entirely yours, just get started and see how you feel. Once you begin noticing the changes, you won’t look back!

Why Consider a Parasite Cleanse?
Our digestive system plays a central role in overall health. It absorbs nutrients, supports the immune system, and helps the body eliminate waste. When gut health is compromised, many people experience symptoms such as bloating, digestive discomfort, fatigue, food sensitivities, and changes in bowel habits.
Some people choose to undertake a parasite cleanse as part of a broader wellness programme, believing it may support digestive health and the body's natural detoxification processes. A parasite cleanse typically involves dietary changes, increased hydration, and herbs or supplements traditionally used to promote intestinal health.
Although intestinal parasites are a genuine medical concern in some cases, particularly after travel, contaminated food or water, or certain environmental exposures, most people with ongoing digestive symptoms do not have parasites. If a parasite infection is suspected, proper medical testing and diagnosis are important.
Many people report improvements in digestion, energy levels, mental clarity, and overall wellbeing after completing a cleanse. These benefits may result from healthier eating habits, improved hydration, reduced processed foods, increased fibre intake, or, in some cases, treatment of an underlying parasite infection.
Whether you choose a parasite cleanse or simply focus on improving gut health through nutrition and healthy habits, caring for your digestive system is an important investment in your long-term wellbeing.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any cleanse, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have an existing medical condition.
