Why would you use Palo Santo & Chakra Sage? , And Why I Recommend Them Both !
There’s a reason why I use these two, well actually I use the Sage/Yerba stick but it is each persons own personal preference as to what one they would like to use, very similar combo but I always opt for the additional Yerba.
If you’ve ever burned either of them with intention, you’ll know what I mean. It’s more than just scent , It's energetic hygiene. It’s about clearing the old, grounding your space, and setting the tone for what comes next.
It’s part of my daily routine, and 100% part of how I work when I’m creating Vortex Pendants or clearing crystals.
Chakra Sage – Clean the Space, Clear the Field
Chakra Sage is perfect for the deep clear out, remember you can also use just sage or my personal preference what is the Yerba Santa/Sage Combo Stick what can be found here. This isn’t just your standard sage stick , Chakra Sage has Rose Petals combined that reflect the Chakra system.
If you have had a heavy conversations or arguements, felt tension build in the room or just had that feeling that something is 'OFF' then I would advise use the Chakra Sage to remove the old that no longer serves you, open all the windows at let this energy out.
🌿 Palo Santo – Bring the Energy Back In
Once the space is clear, Palo Santo comes in.That’s when the energy shifts from “neutral” to high vibrational.It’s known as “Holy Wood”, used for over 500 to 1,000 years by the Indigenous people of South America, not just to clear, but to bless, protect, and re-align. For me, Palo Santo brings warmth, clarity, and grounded light into the space. It’s not about cleansing anymore, it’s about setting intention and sealing in frequency.
🌀 Why I Use Both – Together
When I begin working in my workshop , I always burn a Sage first to sweep out anything that doesn’t serve the space. Then I follow with Palo Santo, bring in the energy I do want: creativity, protection, alignment, and focus.
I use the same process with my crystals and pendants. These pieces absorb everything, so before I work with them or send them to you, they’re energetically reset.
